Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website viaitec.com and its sub-pages (the "Website"), managed and operated by Nhat Quang Mvtec ("VIAITEC", "we").

By accessing or using the Website, or submitting information through its forms, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. Acceptance by electronic means is legally valid under the Law on Electronic Transactions No. 20/2023/QH15 of Vietnam. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

The purchase, licensing and use of products (software libraries, models, devices) are governed by the Product License and Use Agreement and any separately signed contract, and fall outside the scope of these Terms.

All content on the Website, including text, images, diagrams, videos, sample code, documentation, logos and the names ViAiTracker^LT, ViAiSteady, ViAiDetect, ViAiEdge and VIAITEC, is owned by or lawfully used by VIAITEC and is protected under the Law on Intellectual Property No. 50/2005/QH11 of Vietnam (as amended in 2009, 2019 and 2022) and the international treaties to which Vietnam is a party.

You may view the Website, share links to it and make reasonable quotations, provided the source "VIAITEC - viaitec.com" is clearly credited and within the uses permitted without authorisation under intellectual property law. Any copying, modification, distribution or commercial use of the content, or use of VIAITEC trademarks and logos, without prior written consent is not permitted.

Information, technical specifications (such as FPS processing speed or TOPS compute performance), images and demo videos on the Website are provided for introductory purposes. Performance figures are test results obtained under specific hardware, data and environmental conditions; actual results may vary with your system.

Content on the Website is not an offer to enter into a contract. Prices, licence scope, warranty terms and other commitments are binding only when stated in a quotation, order or contract issued or signed by VIAITEC.

When submitting a form, you warrant that the information provided is accurate, complete and that you are entitled to provide it. Personal data you submit is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

VIAITEC may decline to provide evaluation software, documentation or quotations, in particular where a request does not meet requirements on country, intended use, or the law on export control and dual-use goods.

When using the Website, you must not:

• Gain unauthorised access, attack, distribute malware, disrupt or disable the Website, or engage in other conduct prohibited by the Law on Cybersecurity No. 24/2018/QH14 and information technology law;
• Use automated tools to harvest data, send spam or submit forms in bulk;
• Impersonate other organisations or individuals or provide false information;
• Use the Website for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights and legitimate interests of VIAITEC or third parties.

The Website may contain links to or embedded content from third parties (for example YouTube videos or GitHub). These services operate under their providers' own terms and policies; VIAITEC does not control and is not responsible for their content or data handling.

VIAITEC endeavours to keep the information on the Website accurate and the Website available, but does not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, VIAITEC is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of information on the Website outside an agreement or contract with VIAITEC.

This does not exclude or limit VIAITEC's liability where the law does not allow exclusion, including damage caused intentionally or damage to life or health, and does not affect consumers' rights under the Law on Protection of Consumers' Rights No. 19/2023/QH15.

The collection, processing and protection of personal data on the Website comply with the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and are described in detail in the Privacy Policy. Analytics tools run only with your consent; you can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

VIAITEC may amend these Terms to reflect changes in law or business. Amended Terms are published on the Website with their effective date and do not apply to transactions entered into before that date, unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation and conciliation. If they cannot be resolved, they shall be brought before the competent People's Court in Vietnam. Consumers retain their rights regarding dispute resolution methods under the Law on Protection of Consumers' Rights.

These Terms are made in Vietnamese and English. In case of any discrepancy, the Vietnamese version prevails; for consumers, the version more favourable to the consumer applies in accordance with Article 23 of the Law on Protection of Consumers' Rights.
